      CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

      We offer low investment category management- simply provide us access to your raw spend data, contracts, and access to stakeholders and we’ll build full category management plans using our accelerator tools to inject data and market intelligence on a fixed fee basis.

      After the initial strategy is built, you’ll have the option to internally manage the category or engage us for strategic sourcing services to capture opportunities.
