Our co-founders believe that the next generation of talent will come from junior talent with a business degree and we are currently sessional instructors teaching contract negotiations at the University of Calgary.
In addition, we believe in nurturing sourcing talent and we participate in Mock Interviews held by Haskayne School of Business each semester!

During this pandemic, we saw how contracts can strengthen or destroy business relationships. In times of uncertainty, strong contract terms can help safeguard supplier risks.
Procurement Disruptors is a series that utilizes different modes of interaction to discuss how we can break down barriers in procurement one topic at a time. In the past, we have noticed people recognize that there are challenges in the procurement function and talk about it, but few are actually vocal enough to address them.
We are not ones to shy away from an awesome discussion so we create Procurement Disruptors as a safe space to allow like-minded people who want to propel the practice forward to gather and share their expertise and discuss ‘non-traditional’, taboo topics when it comes to procurement.
