(2) Align with your stakeholders especially IT, Corporate Administration (Document management) and any other departments as deemed necessary.
(3) Structure a go-to market and replacement strategy for the end of life of exisiting printers and adoption of new printers by considering: warranty, lifespan, energy rating, delivery terms, installation, integration to network, material costs (e.g. ink), trade-back programs, disposal programs for end of life printers, and overall environmental impact.
