Consider renting travel facilities focused on cost savings and impact reduction for local travel, long-distance travel, and overnight trips to allow for walking or other low-impact transit methods. seek out facilities that are certified under LEED, Green Seal 33, ENERGY STAR, the California Green Lodging Program, or the U.S. EPA’s Green Hotels

(2) Leverage the business creation in exchange for discounted rates.
(3) Agree on the quality, maintenance accountability and responsibility, quality management, to performance benchmarks with your supplier.

Perform an internal review after the change is implemented to evaluate the commercial impact of green travel policies, and the environmental impact of long term practice. Keep tracking progress, and identify emerging suppliers that service green facilitation in the future.
