Étapes du Plan de Projet

Nos modèles par catégorie sont conçus pour décomposer chaque étape du processus d'approvisionnement en six phases, permettant aux utilisateurs de gérer et d'exécuter des projets durables de manière fluide.

Évaluation

• Assess the current inventory of tools and garments used to carry out your company's decontamination services.

• Engage with your current supplier to identify what other options are available and, if necessary, re-evaluate the type of supply used.

• Consider that often disinfection materials can be reused for efficiency and/or environmental footprint.

Identification d'opportunités

Business:
Improve equipment usage tracking and lifespan, which reduces the overall spend on equipment. Scope for supplier diversity and long-term supplier relationships that are aligned with your SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) targets increased cost savings, lower fees and surcharges.

Sustainability:
Reducing waste sent to landfill by sanitizing reusable garments and tools for decontamination services.

Élaboration & exécution de stratégie

• Evaluate the market with the help of an Request for Information (RFI) that includes the current suppliers to encourage the choice of starting an internal reuse program or a similar program.

• Include a change management strategy in the RFI and implementation costs. Select supplier complient with supplier standards and certified products.

• Align with stakeholders on the the benefits of this action plan.

• Establish a tracking and reporting plan.

Négociation et contrat avec les fournisseurs

• Consider working with a supplier to build their capacity to create this circular economy and leverage long-term business partnerships for a discounted rate. Agree on quality and maintenance accountability and responsibility, quality management, the turnaround time for orders, and the opportunity to sell/receive credits for providing safety garments and decontamination garments and tools.

• Leverage connections to the market through negotiations by the inclusion of a clause with a discounted rate or benefit for vendors that specifically manufactures reusable tools.

Performance & gestion des fournisseurs

• Integrate waste tracking into supplier performance management.

• Evaluate suppliers' standards and certification for their products offered. If possible, keep record of the number of use cycles the reusable textiles undergoes before disposal. the number of washes the textile goes through and the amount of times it is reused are important data to determining if this strategy is successfully implemented. It should be evident that your textile cost decreases, and overall textile waste by volume also decreases, if the project is adopted successfully.

• Monitor annual CSR reporting (internal and external) of suppliers and stakeholders.
